Mechanicum Thallax are heavily augmented cyborg shock troops, unlike their less-modified Skitarii brethren. Encased in the Lorica Thallax, a power armor-derived shell, their biological components are protected while their skeletons and limbs are replaced by mechanical systems powered by an internal reactor. Thallax are highly specialized, with their pain centers and emotions removed to withstand the extreme augmentation process. They are a powerful and flexible force within the Mechanicum, often serving as shock troops or infiltrators.
