Arco-Flagellants are radical cybernetic zealots created by the Imperial Inquisition and Ecclesiarchy from condemned Heretics, blasphemers, and criminals who have undergone extreme, agonizing penal limb replacement and neural conditioning. Stripped of their humanity, their bodies are surgically augmented with combat stimm injectors, pain suppressors, and mechanical whipping coils—such as razor-tipped pacifier flails—permanently fused to their arms. In battle, the Adepta Sororitas release these mind-wiped, frenzy-driven cyborgs into enemy lines, where chemical cocktails trigger uncontrollable holy rage, driving them to hack through heavily armored foes in a bloodthirsty whirlwind of self-sacrificial violence while feeling neither fear nor injury.
